On the morning of February 14, 2024, embark on a journey of self-discovery and connection with nature. Led by the seasoned journaling coach, StephT (@stephtcreates), this experience is designed to help you observe and appreciate the beauty around you. Armed with your art journal, you’ll sketch, paint, or write about your surroundings, fostering a deep connection with the present moment.
No Experience Required
Worried about your artistic abilities? Fear not! This event is open to individuals aged 17 and above without prior art journaling experience. The focus is on self-care, self-expression, and self-discovery. So, bring your art supplies and join this mindful and artistic adventure at Labrador Park!

- 9:00 am: Let the Mindful Nature Walk Begin
- Approximately 2.5 to 3 hours: Soul-enriching activities on flat terrains, mostly

For Participants with Transportation:
If you have transportation, the nearest car parks are within walking distance from the meeting and ending points at Cluny Court, Serene Centre, or Botanic Gardens’ Carpark (Cluny Park Gate). Parking charges apply.
