2 Imported COVID-19 Cases in Singapore on SHN Since April 10

[Updated] Of the new cases, 74 per cent are linked to known clusters.

[UPDATED 11.40PM] 2 imported COVID-19 cases

The Ministry of Health (MOH) has reported 931 new coronavirus cases in Singapore on April 26. 

Out of these, there are 18 cases in the community (13 Singaporeans and Permanent Residents, 5 work pass holders), 25 cases involving work permit holders residing outside dormitories, and 886 cases of work permit holders residing in dormitories.

There are 2 imported COVID-19 cases today. Both are Singaporeans who had been placed on Stay-Home Notice upon arrival in Singapore on April 10.

Of the new cases, 74 per cent are linked to known clusters, while the rest are pending contact tracing.

Of the 1,311 cases who are still in hospital, most are in stable condition or improving. 22 are in critical condition, while 11,241 cases who are clinically well but still test positive for COVID-19 are isolated and cared for at community facilities.

58 more cases have been discharged from hospitals or community isolation facilities.

There are four new clusters — Proptech Pte Ltd, 5 Kian Teck Crescent, 3 Sungei Kadut Street 6 and 133 Tuas View Square.

This brings the total number of cases to 13,624, with 1,060 patients discharged and 12 deaths.
