Time to Get Up and Moving with Postnatal Workouts [Mums 3 to 24 months postpartum]
Congratulations Mama, you just had a baby! Now that you’ve given birth, you might want to slowly ease yourself back into exercising. It’s not just about getting back into shape. Rather, your body has been through a lot during pregnancy, and exercise is necessary to restore your body’s strength and balance among other things. We know that it’s not always easy to find the motivation to get started. And it can be a challenge to tear yourself away from your little one. For a start, you can leave your bub with Daddy or family members, and join these weekend Yoga and Pilates classes that will help you to:
- Improve your physical well-being
- Improve your postural balance after pregnancy
- Rebuild muscular strength and endurance, balance and flexibility for daily activities

Through two insightful modules with live demonstrations, this postnatal workshop is conducted by certified health and fitness professionals.
