Hong Kong celebrity Aaron Kwok was so impressed by Penang’s delicious food that he is considering bringing his two daughters to the city to try their famed delicacies.
The 54-year-old who was in the Malaysian town for a launch event for luxury watch said, “I was informed that durians are one of the famous fruits here but they are out of season now.”

He added that he will “try to get products made from durian to bring back home.”
During the event, the actor also confessed his love for Char Kway Teow.
Impressed by Penang’s wide variety of local dishes, Kwok said to hundred of his fans at the mall that he intends to bring both his daughters to Penang to try the various treats.

“This is my first time here in Penang. I will definitely bring my daughters here during my next visit, ” he assured fans.
According to media reports, Malaysian fans are hoping the Hong Kong megastar might buy property there, following the trend of actors such as Hugo Ng and Philip Keung who recently announced their plans of investing property there.

Kwok is currently married to 32-year-old Chinese model Moka Fong and they both have 2 daughters, aged 2 years old and eight months.
