1. Avocado body mask

This cooling body mask helps to reduce wrinkle and minus years off you.

Mash 2 avocados into a paste then add ¼ cup honey, 3 tablespoons of salt or sea salt, zest and juice of 2 lemons and ¼ cup olive oil. You’re aiming for a yoghurt type of consistency. Apply onto skin for 15 minutes and rinse off with lukewarm water.

You can store remaining portion in refrigerator for maximum of 2-3 days!

2. Vanilla Coconut Brown Sugar Scrub

Coconut oil is wonderfully fragrant and slightly miraculous. This easy-to-do skin remedy not only grants your body with exfoliated and moisturized skin, it can practically double as dessert too!

Mix ½ cup brown sugar, ½ cup coconut oil and 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence together. While in the shower rub on skin, massage and rinse!

3. Almond Oil Moisturizer

A secret for all pregnant mummy’s - almond oil does WONDERS in preventing stretch marks and improves skin elasticity.

Apply twice or thrice daily if you want to see major improvements on your skin. Consistency is key! Purchase almond oil from supermarkets, rub on a small amount and massage your body until absorbed.

Usually takes 2-3 minutes.
4. Milk and Honey Bath

4. Milk and Honey Bath

Simple, yet incredibly effective. Instead of wasting money purchasing expensive bath salts, why not consider throwing in natural ingredients into your bath?

Your skin will reap extra benefits. First fill your bathtub with water to your suited temperature, then mix ½ cup of honey, 1 cup of sea salt and 2 cups whole milk into tub. Stir to allow honey and salt to dissolve completely.

Allow your body to soak in the nutrients for 30 minutes to reap the benefits of this simple bath. For maximum relaxation, dim the lights and light candles. You can substitute sea salt for 2 cups of oatmeal for optimum exfoliation.
5. Peppermint foot scrub

5. Peppermint foot scrub

This stuff does wonders for mothers constantly on-the-go.

Take a cup of granulated sugar then add either ½ cup of olive oil or coconut oil, whichever is your preference, into a mixing bowl. Mix together until slightly moist but a grainy consistency forms. Lastly, add a couple drops of peppermint oil and thoroughly rub on foot.

Let mixture rest on foot for 10 minutes.
