Hard Rock Cafe has a total of 212 venues in 69 countries, including 162 cafes, 23 hotels and 11 casinos. They are also known for its collectible fashion, merchandise and Hard Rock Live performance venues.
Its Singapore establishment, which is located in Resorts World Sentosa, has recently expanded their menu to include a wide range of Mexican flavours… just for the month of May! Patrons can look forward to experiencing traditional Mexican flavours such as huajillo, barbaco, and carnitas. The menu items will also include a punch of spiciness for the true Mexican taste.
For starters, patrons can choose from delightful dishes such as Yucatan Style Shrimp Ceviche, crunchy Crispy Shrimp with Aji Amarillo Sauce, Grilled Spicy Shrimp and Tacos.
For Entrees, patrons will be spoilt for choice with boldly flavoured dishes such as the spiced Grilled Shrimp with Mexican Street Corn Inspired Salad, Smoky Chicken Tinga Tacos and Fiesta Chicken Quesadillas.
There are also vegetarian options such as the Hard Rock’s Vegetarian Tacos!
That’s not all, Hard Rock even has Mexican infused cocktails! These cocktails come in three different flavours which will complete your Mexican culinary journey perfectly. The flavours are; Cinco de Mayo; the Amigo, Diablo and the Trouble Maker.
Taste Of Mexico menu will only be available at Hard Rock Cafe Sentosa throughout the month of May!
