Is the world, and the environment, important to you? Then it must make you shudder to realise that for Singapore alone, over 40,000 trees are killed a year just for the paper used up for your bills and statements. The good news is, you can make a difference! Just by receiving and paying your bills online, you can do your part to save the earth. At the same time, it must be a dreary task to have to visit individual company websites to settle your bills. One innovative website has come up with the exact solution.
GreenPost.com is a user-friendly, eco-friendly and completely free-of-charge website which compiles different companies bills in the same place. The ultimate objective of GreenPost is its mission to achieve a “Paperless 2012”. This aims to help reduce Singapore’s carbon footprint on the environment, increase awareness and promote a more eco-friendly lifestyle by bringing all billing online.
The website provides a convenient and secure platform for all billing transactions to be carried out. That way, you get to view all your bills on a single window, recieve e-mail/sms updates and alerts and at the same time, even keep track of the number of pages and trees you are saving in your green pursuit!
Currently, the website caters to all bills by Starhub, M1, SingTel and SP Services.
