George Young and Janet Hsieh welcome their baby!

George Young and Janet Hsieh welcome their baby!

George Young and Janet Hsieh have just welcomed their first baby!

George Young and Janet Hsieh are now officially parents! On Oct 11, the actor put up a Facebook post revealing the happy news,

“I have a son. Janet Hsieh 謝怡芬 is Wonder Woman. I’ll figure out the rest later.”

According to Toggle, the baby boy weighed a healthy 3.65 kg at birth. Mummy Janet was in labour for 28 hours, and insisted on a natural birth in spite of the baby’s “big head”.

The baby was born more than a week past the due date, and the celebrity couple were actively posting updates on social media, including ways to induce the baby’s birth naturally!

Recently, Janet organised a flash mob for pregnant mummies in Taiwan, because in her words, “one of the ways to naturally induce is to dance.”

About a week back, Janet posted some pictures on Instagram, of her nude maternity photoshoot, and wrote, “There are times when you look down or into a mirror and HATE what you see. You feel fat, ugly, heavy, wide, saggy, swollen, uncomfortable, and just hate your body.”

Fun Pregnancy Part 1: Being pregnant is an interesting time. Your body goes through so many physical changes, your emotions go through a roller coaster ride, and it can be exhilarating and also exhausting. (And also, you pee yourself when you sneeze. or cough. or laugh too hard.) 懷孕是一個很奇妙的過程。 你的身體的變化很快,又超級大。 你的心情像一個雲霄飛車一樣, 上上下下, 令人興奮但同時累爆了!(還有不要忘了,你打噴嚏,咳嗽,或是太突然的大笑的時候會不小心的尿褲子) There are times when you look down or into a mirror and HATE what you see. You feel fat, ugly, heavy, wide, saggy, swollen, uncomfortable, and just hate your body. And then, there are times when look at yourself and you see a miracle. A physical transformation that is so incredible and was incomprehensible to you before you actually got pregnant. It’s difficult to explain to anybody else who has never experienced it before. And every day, every moment is different. #pregnant #nude #maternity #photoshoot

When she was 36 weeks pregnant, this adventurous model and TV host even did a cool maternity photoshoot- under water! She also broadcast the whole process, Live on Facebook!

Hsieh and Young tied the knot in 2015 in an intimate wedding ceremony in Antarctica. They revealed the pregnancy on April Fools Day this year, when Janet put up a photo of herself on social media, holding a sign that read, “One of us is pregnant”!
