It’s the season of giving and goodwill, of spreading joy and good cheer — and most of all, of festive feasting and merrymaking with the ones we love the most. Christmas is upon us again, and we can’t be more excited!
We love festive feasting and festive food. We love the traditions behind the food. We love how the food itself is a celebration. And we love the joy it brings when we all get to sit down to enjoy it together.

This Christmas, we’ve got all the classics lined up for you. Like the delicious staple of Roasted Brussels Sprouts, bound to add colours and vibrance to your Christmas menu.
The festive and flavoursome Chestnut Stuffing that brings together all the trimmings in one gorgeous mess. Not to forget, the Christmas must-haves such as the decadently cheesy Truffle Mac & Cheese and the fragrant Garlic Roasted Pumpkin.

And of course, the centrepieces of our Christmas dinner table, brought back by popular demand: the Whole Roasted Turkey and the Christmas Leg of Ham. The turkey is always a classic, but we think the Christmas Leg of Ham could make for a delightfully unique and delicious Christmas treat too!
When it comes to our Christmas ham, we want warm tender slices of lightly salty ham capped with a sticky sweet glaze. To get our hams tender and to take the edge off the saltiness, we slowly simmer them before glazing and roasting. And for our glaze, we make our own marmalade from scratch to get the right balance of citrusy tang and sweetness to compliment the ham.
So let us take you back to the roots of Good Food, Cooked Well. Carefully sourced, high quality ingredients cooked from scratch. Prepared with exceptional patience and care. Gather your closest friends and loved ones, and get ready for a night of great food, Christmas carols and merrymaking!

The tender slices of lightly salty ham capped with their sticky sweet glaze are a real crowd pleaser. To get our hams tender and to take the edge off the saltiness, we slowly simmer them before glazing and roasting.
And for our glaze, we make our own marmalade from scratch to get the right balance of citrusy tang and sweetness to compliment the ham. This ham really has Christmas written all over it and, we have to say again, that it is the best thing you can choose for your Christmas feast!
Whole Roasted Turkey
$180
Whole young turkey. Eight to ten pounds, enough for eight to ten with sides. Butter, herbs and stuffing. Slow roasted. Accompanied with House Gravy and Cranberry Sauce.
Turkey can be tricky to roast well. Perfection is a fine line that lies between rawness and dryness. We have been busy testing and tasting turkey after turkey for the past month to make sure we have it just right. We like to brine, stuff and truss our turkeys to help achieve a more even cook.
The result is juicy tender white meat and sweet flavoursome dark meat. This really speaks to who we are as Sunday Catering, taking the time to source the right ingredients and doing the testing in the kitchen to find the best way to cook it just right. Simply great ingredients cooked right.
