With its first foray into Southeast Asia, Eggslut will serve up comforting classics with a twist. The menu will feature six core signature sandwiches encompassing eggs, Eggslut’s key ingredient, and served on warm brioche buns.
The all-time favourite Fairfax is a must-try: a delectable combination of fluffy scrambled eggs over caramelized onions, cheddar cheese, and drizzled with sriracha mayonnaise.
Cage-free and soft-scrambled, the eggs are cooked to classic specifications by first un-whisking into a cold pan, then brought up with plenty of cold butter and taken off the heat before they fully set.
Another classic is the Bacon, Egg & Cheese – imagine Applewood smoked bacon over a medium egg, topped off with generous helpings of cheddar cheese and chipotle ketchup.

Eggslut’s special creations also include the Gaucho, featuring seared wagyu tri-tip steak, gently placed over a medium egg, chimichurri and red onions, dressed with arugula.
The steak is slowly cooked in a sous vide water bath and seared to perfection, so the soft and juicy meat complements the over medium egg promising a juicy, highly satisfying sandwich to sink your teeth into if you’re in the mood for meat.
Of course, no meal is complete at Eggslut without theirspecialty, the Slut, a massive dollop of smooth house-made potato puree served in a glass jar, gently topped off with coddled egg then cooked sous vide to a precise temperature and timing.
Once done, the Slut is topped with gray salt and chives, and served alongside crispy slices of baguette toast. A creamy combination that you wouldn’t want to miss!

Like to add more flavour to your meal? Stack your sandwich with add on options like bacon, avocado or beef patty which provide egg-cellent choices to treat your tastebuds when it comes to maximising your enjoyment of Eggslut.
For instance, while the Fairfax is incredibly delicious on its own, the addition of bacon and avocado cuts through the creaminess of the eggs, cheese and mayonnaise, giving more depth to the already flavorful sandwich, making this combination a must-try.
As for the Slut, you haven’t truly experienced it in its full glory until you’ve tried it with a crispy slice of bacon wedged within baguette slices, then dipped into the Slut.

For sides, choose between a fresh Side Salad – arugula dressed in red wine vinaigrette topped with manchego cheese, or the Truffle Hash Browns – potato babycakes seasoned with truffle rosemary salt and duck fat. As a decadent end to your meal, there is the house-made Buttermilk Biscuit served with honey butter or the Salted Chocolate Chip Cookie.
Eggslut’s signature Fresh Orange Juice is the perfect thirst-quencher for your meal, or try a craft soda created by leading craft brewery, Brewlander, exclusively for Eggslut.
When they debut, the flavored craft sodas will be a world’s first, available only at Eggslut Singapore. With a refreshing fizz that complements the signature sandwiches, the craft sodas come in Elderflower & Lemon and Grapefruit & Ginger options.
Freshly brewed coffee by Common Man Coffee Roasters is also available as the perfect perk-me-up no matter the time.
