Ever get excited over a secondary school reunion with your buddies, heading to the restaurant (that by some miracle, everyone actually agreed on) and everything only to be separated into different tables because there isn't one that'll accommodate to all 15 of you?

We know how that feels so we decided to help you out by coming up with a list of 7 restaurants and cafés that'll make your whole "finding a place to chill" problem easier to handle.

So you're having a reunion with your secondary school art class, why not visit an art cafe? Artistry is both an art gallery and café located in Kampong Glam. For those with an eye for art, this place is perfect for you. They serve amazing locally roasted Liberty Coffee, western brunch, dinner and rustic desserts all in their cosy cafe, filled with large tables, accommodating to big groups.

Operating hours: Tuesdays - Sundays 10am - 7pm, closed on Mondays

Brunches Café has an amazing all-day breakfast menu and also high-tea sets in the afternoon. They also have a retail store that features vintage items such as furniture and collectibles. Their main draw is the seating spaces that was converted from a mini cooper, so if you're lucky, you'd get that spot!

Fix Cafe is known for their amazing salted egg yolk dip that is served with their little fluffy donuts. There have been  pictures of it posted all over social media, making them known in the F&B industry. They're also located in the central region. Additionally, Fix is Halal certified. We should add that FIX Grill offers special privileges for HomeTeamNS & JOM members as well!

Food for Thought

Opened in 2012, Food for Thought at Botanic Gardens showcases a whole different vibe as compared to its other outlets. The restaurant is designed with inspiration from the gardens and nature. This 250-seater restaurant features recycled milk-tin lamps and full-height glass walls that let in plenty of natural light. They have large tables, spacious aisles and even an enclosed playground, perfect for family gatherings as well.

Third Place serves as an Eating House, Café and a Bar. Aside from its cosy ambience, they serve amazing local and international cuisine. Third Place also has a large interior in its Medtech outlet that houses long and spacious tables, guaranteed to have everyone in the group satisfied with the sufficient arm space and of course, large food orders.

Tin Hill Social

Tin Hill Social is surrounded by lush greenery and offers awesome food all in their very large interior space that's filled with huge tables and long tables. In the evenings Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays, they have live music playing which adds up to the whole homely atmosphere, perfect for group gatherings with your music kakis.

Wheeler's Yard

Looking for a place that has a perfect background for your group shots? Head down to the ever famous Wheeler's Yard. Wheeler's Yard is located in an old industrial warehouse and has a very spacious interior, housing a café and a bicycle retail shop. They also have large windows that'll allowing the sunlight in, creating a cosy ambience. Wheeler's Yard also accepts corporate booking!

Operating hours: Mondays - Thursdays: 11am - 7pm, Fridays - Sundays: 11am - 8pm, closed on Tuesdays
