This October, over 2,000 attendees will converge in Bangkok for the Dragonfly H.E.A.L. (Harmony, Empathy, Acceptance, and Love) Summit 2024, a transformative event aimed at redefining leadership and promoting holistic well-being. Organized by Dragonfly, a platform that empowers leaders to drive social change, the summit will be held at Paragon Hall, Siam Paragon, on October 22-23, 2024.
The H.E.A.L. Summit brings together world-renowned thought leaders and changemakers, such as Professor Yuval Noah Harari, British entrepreneur Steven Bartlett, and spiritual leader Sadhguru. Meet the Founders:
Pam Pranapda Phornprapha Chirathivat is the founder of Dragonfly and a trailblazing entrepreneur passionate about leadership and well-being. She advocates for diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), using her experiences breaking barriers in male-dominated industries to inspire others. She often reflects, “As leaders, we all go through challenges, and it’s these challenges that make us stronger.” Pam also holds leadership roles in several companies, including Siam Motors and BF Fashion, Thailand’s leading luxury brand distributor. Her global impact extends to various platforms, including the APAC Summit and the UN Women Asia-Pacific WEPs Awards.
Woody Milintachinda, co-founder of Dragonfly and Thailand’s leading talk show host, passionately advocates for equality and inclusion. As one of Thailand’s most influential personalities, Woody uses his platform to raise awareness on mental health, LGBTQ+ rights, and social issues. He believes in the power of collaborative leadership and has made significant contributions to public health and equality initiatives in Thailand.
Cindy Bishop, co-founder of Dragonfly, is a distinguished actress, supermodel, and gender equality advocate. Known for her activism, Cindy launched the #DontTellMeHowToDress movement and serves as the UN Women Goodwill Ambassador for Asia and the Pacific. Her efforts focus on eliminating gender-based violence and fostering an inclusive world through Dragonfly’s initiatives.
