Digital Mum Survey 2019 Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

theAsianparent (owned by Tickled Media Pte Ltd) Digital Mum Survey 2019 is open to Singapore residents only. You must have a Singapore IC, PR status or be the holder of an employment or dependent pass AND residing in Singapore to qualify.

2. Prize Substitution

Prizes are not exchangeable for cash money and not transferable to another person. However, theAsianparent (owned by Tickled Media Pte Ltd) may substitute the prize for any other prize of equal or greater value, at its reasonable discretion, in the event the prize is not available for any reason outside of its reasonable control.

3. Winner Selection

There will be only five (5) winners, of S$100 Capitaland vouchers each. Winners will be determined at the sole discretion by theAsianparent (owned by Tickled Media Pte Ltd) via random lucky draw. Winners who do not respond to our emails within 48 hours will be forfeited and new winners will be chosen.

4. Publicity

Winner’s name, pictures and prizes may be used for publicity reasons by theAsianparent (owned by Tickled Media Pte Ltd). Winner’s information may be used for marketing, planning, promotions, research, events and/or any other purposes and programs henceforth. Acceptance of the prize is considered as consent to this usage.

5. Disclaimer

Tickled Media is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, delayed, or undelivered entries, including without limitation entries not timely received due to telephone failures, Internet failures and disruptions, and ISP problems. Incomplete information may result in disqualification of entry. Giveaways and contests held by theAsianparent (owned by Tickled Media Pte Ltd) are in no way affiliated and endorsed by Facebook

6. Duration

theAsianparent (owned by Tickled Media Pte Ltd) Digital Mum Survey will run for 2 weeks, and ends on 2 December 2019. Winners will be selected and contacted by 9 December 2019
