Has it been a while since you played outdoors with your kids?
As your kids grow up, getting them to maintain an active lifestyle can be tough. There’s tons of homework to be done, enrichment classes to attend – and gadgets and games that trump a sweaty afternoon spent playing outdoors.
It isn’t any easier for adults, either! With deadlines to beat, meetings here and there, and making sure that your family is taken care of, squeezing in exercise seems close to impossible.
Cold Storage Kids Run 2015: The popular kids’ race is back again this year!
While some families opt to make do without exercise and spend their time together at the movies or at the mall, others prefer using family time to get fit together.
Whether or not you fall under the latter, now is the best time to get your family back on track with an active lifestyle. The best way to kick start this is by entering the Cold Storage Kids Run 2015 happening on 17th May 2015 at Gardens by the Bay.

About Cold Storage Kids Run 2015
Cold Storage Kids Run is the largest kid-only run event in Asia, which was first introduced in 2008. Through the event, the organisers hope to promote a healthy lifestyle among kids from 6 months to 12 years old, and encourage families to bond and spend quality time together through exercise.
Last year, the Cold Storage Kids Run saw an impressive turnout of 6,000 kids and thousands of adults cheering for the little runners. Thanks to the amazing reviews from the kids and parents who were at the run last year, the Cold Storage Kids Run is back once again – with an estimated 5,000 kids set to take part in the race this time round!
Why 5,000? Because Cold Storage values your safety, especially that of the little runners, Cold Storage has decided that a maximum of 5,000 participants would allow for a better overall race experience for each and every one of the participants.
