Cold Stone Creamery exits Singapore, very soon, after 10 years here on 31 January 2020, and the ice cream parlour chain is offering special discounts to thank its fans for their support.
The brand, which hails from the US, first launched here in 2009 to long queues. It was popular for its customisable ice cream bowls, with staff preparing the dessert by “folding” the ice cream on a frozen granite stone. Over the years, it has introduced several ice cream flavours inspired by local hawker dishes and desserts, including Nasi Lemak, Chendolicious, Thai Milk Tea, and Milo Dinosaur.
The last day of operations for all Cold Stone Creamery stores in Singapore will be on 31 January 2020. The chain currently operates three outlets are at HillV2, VivoCity and Waterway Point.
To thank its customers for their support, Cold Stone Creamery is offering a special price on five of their most popular flavours. From now to 31 January 2020, a 4oz-sized service will cost $5 each (U.P. $6.50). Additionally, the ice cream parlour is offering customers a limited-edition cooler bag with a minimum purchase of 2 cups of ice cream of any size.
