Founder of Cheryl W Wellness, Cheryl Wee, recently welcomed her daughter to the world. But it wasn’t just any normal welcome; the little one made a grand entry when her unsuspecting parents were out on a romantic dinner date.
In her Instagram post on Sunday (24 October), Cheryl Wee finally explained the incident that led to her daughter’s birth.
Cheryl Wee And Husband Finished Their Date Night Despite Her Having Contractions

Cheryl Wee–the daughter of entrepreneur Jean Yip–went out with her husband for a long-awaited date night last Friday (22 October). The couple went to omakase sushi restaurant, Sushi Masaaki.
According to her other Instagram post, Cheryl was looking forward to a meal at this sushi restaurant since May of this year.
But due to a stomach flu, curbs on dining restrictions, no available seatings and so on, the couple kept having to cancel.However last week, the couple finally got their reservation and headed to the restaurant.
Little did they know that their baby girl would come knocking on their doors, not just figuratively but also literally.
As per Roy–who shared more details on his own Instagram post–Cheryl began having contractions. At this time, he decided to postpone their dinner. But as luck would have it, not only did Cheryl finish her meal, the baby came into the world the next day.
As Roy described the moment, “It seemed like our baby 3 really wanted to have this meal before meeting us today! Indeed a memorable meal!”

Cheryl Wee Welcomes Third Child
Cheryl Wee and her husband officially welcome their third child on Saturday (23 October), just a day after their sushi date. She shared that went into labour shortly after the meal.
“What started out as a date night turned into welcoming our little girl into the family,” Cheryl shared on Instagram.
Her husband also shared a heartwarming post about their baby girl, writing, “We pray that you will grow up to be a happy, loving and caring child of God. We love you so much.”

While the couple has yet to share their little one’s name, Cheryl and Roy have two other kids together. Their eldest son, Marc, is now three-years-old while their first daughter, Emma, is a year old.
