HDB has announced the launch of two new Build-To-Order (BTO) projects in Woodlands town. The BTO projects, Woodlands Dew and Woodlands Meadow could yield up to 1,329 new flats. The projects are adjacent to each other and will be linked by a landscaped walkway, allowing residents to access the amenities located in the adjoining project. Woodlands Meadow offers a selection of three-, four- and five-room flats, while units at Woodlands Dew range from two- to four-room flats. Prices for both projects range between $78,000 and $270,000.
The two new BTO projects are located minutes away from various recreational amenities such as Woodlands Mart, Woodlands Civic Centre, Admiralty Place and Causeway Point. The current prices for three room resale flats around Woodlands and Marsiling are between $188,000 to $293,000. Four room flats go for $269,000 to $410,000.
