Participants will engage in a soothing yoga session, followed by a sound bath that promotes relaxation and emotional well-being. Calling all fitness enthusiasts! UFIT is hosting a 24-hour fitness marathon to raise funds for the Breast Cancer Foundation. From 5 October noon to 6 October noon, UFIT Club Street will hold one class every hour, with each session led by volunteer coaches. Classes cater to all ages and fitness levels, so whether you’re an early riser or a night owl, there’s a slot for you. Entry costs $40 per class, and 100% of the proceeds go directly to the Breast Cancer Foundation. The event’s goal is to raise $10,000 for the cause, and every bit of support counts!
