Bonding helps prepare you for parenting by allowing you to get to know your child before they’re born so that when they arrive, you’ll feel more prepared for the challenges ahead.

#2 Vlog

What’s a vlog, you might ask? It’s like the concept of blogging, but with videos instead. Document your pregnancy by videoing yourself throughout this journey and noting down what kinds of food you’re craving, what you’re going to do later, and other stuff you’d like to share with him.

#3 Massage your belly

Massaging your belly is safe after the first three months, which would also help you unwind and relax. Your baby would be able to feel you touching him, and he would be relaxed by this too!

What Do Babies Do in the Womb All Day

The fetus spends most of its time sleeping and digesting food in the first few months of development. After that, it starts moving around quite a bit! The baby’s arms and legs begin to form around week 8, and by week 10 they can be seen on ultrasounds. The baby also starts swallowing fluid through its mouth called “oral fluid.” Foetus learn about its environment without actually being able to see it yet.

By week 13, fetuses can kick! And by week 15, they’re making facial expressions that look like smiles or frowns.

By week 18 or 19 (when most women find out they’re pregnant), fetuses can hear sounds outside their mothers’ bodies—and even respond to them with facial expressions! After that point, it’s just waiting until the birthday arrives.
