For any successful relationship, along with intimacy and bonding, it is important to be healthy and fit. Being healthy and fit means that along with other regular tests, you should also get yourself tested for STDs or sexually transmitted diseases as this is very important today.

Loving your body is more important than loving your partner, for, if you are fit and healthy, your relationship will definitely bloom.

It is important to listen to your body and ensure that you are absolutely clear of all kinds of diseases, including sexually transmitted ones.

Make a date with your partner to discuss your sexual history. Make sure that both you and your partner are tested for STD. If you do not have a recent status report regarding sexually transmitted diseases, then make an appointment and get yourself checked immediately.

It is important that you are proactive about these tests and ensure that you get them done periodically. Ensuring that both you and your partner are free from sexually transmitted diseases and other related problems will help you gain peace of mind and also allow you to explore freely, without any inhibition or fear.
