High in fiber, mangoes police your baby’s digestive system, keeping it healthy and regular. The soft sweet taste of mango is often an effective way to deliver vitamins, minerals, and carotenoids.

Easily prepared, rice pudding brings together needed grains, healthy yogurt, and a dash of cinnamon. This simple dish provides carbohydrates for energy and good bacteria for digestive health.
Sweet potatoes

Sweet potatoes

Sweet potatoes are blessed with natural sweetness and a smooth texture that make it a dream baby food. Slice or dice this versatile spud to make it easier for your baby to munch on.

Eggs are a great source of protein, good fat, and vitamins. Suitable for non-allergenic babies 8 months and older, yolks can be mashed, scrambled, and more. Remember that egg whites are only suitable for babies aged 1 and older.
