Great news! At around nine months, your baby is ready to move from a diet that mostly consists of liquids and purees to more sophisticated solids. His mouth, tongue, and digestive system have come up with a plan to tackle more types of food, while his upright posture will help it go down the right

Mangoes

High in fiber, mangoes police your baby’s digestive system, keeping it healthy and regular. The soft sweet taste of mango is often an effective way to deliver vitamins, minerals, and carotenoids.

Easily prepared, rice pudding brings together needed grains, healthy yogurt, and a dash of cinnamon. This simple dish provides carbohydrates for energy and good bacteria for digestive health.
