Pushing our kids around in strollers could soon be a thing of the past.
An innovation in baby care, called the Smartbe, will soon be hitting the market. Sure, the inspired idea still hasn’t ieft the concept stage of development, but it’s creating a buzz all the same.
The intelligent stroller will be designed to able to propel itself forward, while walking or jogging alongside it.
The makers behind it promise that it will “solve all of your needs, as well as your baby’s.”

It will be equipped with a ‘motion tracking’ function which allows it to follow your every move, even if you’re jogging or walking uphill.
It will still need to be turned on, though. And, if in any case, it wanders away from you, pulling on a safety cord will immediately stop it from moving.
The self-propelling stroller will have 3 motion modes: Self-propelled mode, Assist-propelled mode and the Manual mode.
But do we really need this intelligent stroller?
Of course, parents will worry that using the Smartbe will be like chasing after a runaway stroller but the makers want to reassure the public that there is nothing to worry about.
The self-driving stroller boasts of amazing safety features such as directional signals, internal and external cameras, and even an anti-theft alarm.
To top it off, the Smartbe will have a bottle warmer, a self-rocking mattress, and wifi speakers.
