Preeti Moberg was excited. And why wouldn't she be? She was 36-weeks pregnant and wanted to celebrate it. So, she thought of turning into a bride again. And what followed next left us all spellbound.

Preeti, who lives with her husband in San Francisco, California, got in touch with Darcy of Heena Lounge. The agenda was to cover her bump with henna. So, the two set out to design her body with some beautiful mehendi designs. For that, Darcy planned a mandala belly henna with the use of metallic tattoos and studs. Mandala is a circular figure which represents the universe in Hinduism.

Besides, Preeti got mehendi on her hands and feet too. All this was accompanied by a mini shoot. So here we are with some hand-picked pictures from Preeti’s maternity shoot by photographer Shhivika Chauhan.

The couple had a baby boy in June this year.
