Tandoori chicken
Ingredients: 3 Tbsp vegetable oil, 1 teaspoon ground coriander, 1 teaspoon ground cumin, 1 teaspoon ground turmeric, 1 teaspoon cayenne, 1 Tbsp garam masala, 1 Tbsp sweet (not hot) paprika, 1 cup plain yogurt, 2 Tbsp lemon juice, 4 minced garlic cloves, 2 Tbsp minced fresh ginger, 1 teaspoon salt, 4 whole chicken, (drumsticks and thighs), or its equivalent, skinless. Place in grill and cook for at 40 minutes.
