If Urgent Medical Help Is Needed…

1. Call the ambulance

The 24 hour emergency hotline you should call is 995 and the ambulance crew will come to your location.

Note: The ambulance will bring the patient to the nearest hospital and not the hospital of your choice.

To learn how to best help your loved ones in an emergency, please read here.

2. If you’re dealing with a child, bring him/her to KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital (KKH)

If the person that requires medical attention after normal working hours is a child, it would be ideal to bring him/her to KKH. There will be paediatric specialists who are on duty around the clock, every day of the year.

Rest assured as they also have the most comprehensive medical equipment to treat children and infants.

3. Head to the airport if you happen to be nearby

There is a 24 hour clinic run by Raffles Medical Group in Changi Airport that is located at Terminal 3.
