Citterio’s Prosciutto di San Daniele (Usual Price: $11.35) is produced in San Daniele, a small village in Italy’s north region of Friuli Venezia Giulia. The key ingredients used are high-quality pork legs and sea salt. It is cured for 15 months in an area where the winds blow from the Alps to the Adriatic. The San Daniele Ham has a delicate flavour and is sweeter than Parma ham.

Smilla is a purveyor of premium cheese originating from Denmark and Netherlands. It offers a variety of natural cheese products to suit different cooking needs: Shredded Cheddar, Shredded Gouda, Shredded Mozzarella, Shredded Pizza Topping, Sliced Edam, Sliced Gouda and Sliced Maasdam.

  • Mozzarella: Made with buffalo milk, mozzarella has a subtle but buttery flavour, and its stretchy texture makes it perfect for pizzas, au gratin dishes or salads.
  • Gouda: The nutty and creamy taste, combined with a piquant aroma, makes gouda an ideal choice for toppings, sauces and soups.
