Need to cut down on your weight? Watch out for what you eat everyday. Here are 10 low fat meal ideas, which will help you lose those extra pounds…

1.	Fruits

Most fruits are low in calories and are rich in vitamins, fibre and complex sugars. When your body is filled with these good nutrients, there will no more space for fatty food. Fruits also help to control food cravings and overeating.

You will lose those pounds faster with greens. Vegetables are naturally high in fibre and vitamins. Your body will burn 16% more fat when you consume a meal rich with vegetables. The vitamins in vegetables will also help flush out all the excess fat stored in your body.

Water is crucial for your body to burn fat. Your body is made up of about 50-75% of water and it’s used to transfer waste out of your body.

Your metabolism rate slows down at night and the ability of your body to burn fat and carbs is weak. Cut down on carbs during dinner. Consume more protein. Eat a fair amount of fibre as well to help clear your bowels and other body waste.
