Dishes where the base ingredient is tofu is healthy to start with. In order to add the "fat" element the other complimenting ingredients such as flavorful and rich textured sauces should be considered.
2. Salads

Regular juices are high in sugar content either as an additive to enhance the flavor or as part of the natural fruit content. A cup or two of concentrated juice will give you enough carbohydrates to building up your fat intake.
5. Burgers

6. Wraps

6. Wraps

Wraps have long been accepted, as a healthy alternative to other more starchy food items. However because the surface area of a wrap is larger than that of a slice of bread, adding mayo and other rich dressing choices can help to add on the fat element.
7. Milk

7. Milk

Having a glass or two of full cream milk will not only help build healthy bones but will also help you gain the healthy fats needed to add on that little extra weight. Taking hot beverages with a few spoonful of milk will also do the trick quite well.
