ZESPRI Recipe! – Zespri Kiwifruit Yogurt Drink (Lassi)

Ingredients

– 2 cups plain yogurt
– 1/4 cup milk cream
– 2 Zespri Kiwifruit (peeled and chopped)
– 4 tablespoons sugar, to taste

Method

Put Zespri Kiwifruit, yogurt, milk and sugar into a blender and blend for 2 minutes, then pour into individual glasses, and serve.
