Hindi Society Singapore

Hindi Society Singapore is established primarily for children keen on taking up Hindi as a second language during primary school or secondary school. Hindi tests and examinations are conducted 4 times a year, similar to full-time government schools. Fees are required to be paid in full for the first year. Supplementary fee are for library membership, worksheets, school magazine, examination materials and extra-curricular activities.

Saakshar Language Centre offers a programme called \"Aao Khaelo\" for learners ages 3-6, allowing kids to prepare themselves for the Hindi language. Upper level courses are available, whereby students can be expected to engage in cultural Hindi activities while learning. Classes for children are conducted from Monday to Saturdays. Additionally, adult classes are provided as well and is conducted only on weekday mornings.
