Shaun Chen and wife Celine Chin have just welcomed their Baby No. 2 , and it’s a girl!

According to Toggle, Celine gave birth to their second daughter in Malaysia this morning (Jul 25).

Apparently, the delivery was smooth and natural, and the baby came out weighing 3.65 kg and measuring 54cm in length.

The delivery was also super quick, and the contractions only intensified this morning. Shaun tells Toggle, “We went in at 9am plus and by about 10am, our daughter had arrived. It was a very smooth delivery.”

The family had just arrived in Celine’s hometown last night, and daddy Shaun is relieved that the little one waited until today to make her big entry. According to Toggle, he even joked about nicknaming her, “Guai Bao” (“Obedient Baby”).

Shaun and Celine are also parents to Nellie, who will turn 2 in December. As to what the older sister’s reaction was, upon seeing her sibling, Shaun tells Toggle, “She looked very confused, as if wondering, ‘Why must I have a sibling?””

Daddy Chen hasn’t dismissed plans for a third child yet, “We’ll have to see how things go. Taking care of two kids isn’t easy, but we will let nature take its course.”

If you remember, Shaun had chosen Valentine’s Day this year to reveal good news of the second pregnancy. He had put up a photo of himself on Facebook and Instagram, kissing his wife’s pregnant belly. We had then asked our readers to predict the gender of the baby from the shape of the belly. Most of the readers had predicted then, that it would be a boy!

Last month, on Father’s Day, Shaun had put up another adorable picture of the family, this time with Celine’s pregnant belly in full view.
