The start of primary 1 semester is just around the corner. Preparation is the key and here are 5 tips to help both you and your child get ready for that all-important first day of primary 1.

The first day of primary school is a big deal for both you and your child. It heralds his entry into a formal education system that is going to help transform him into the adult he will be one day.

Your child will also be transitioning from a nurturing and carer-dependent environment to one which calls for a certain level of independence. All this may make you and your child a little nervous.
