#1 Visit a free photo exhibition

How does a photo exhibition at a railway station(for free) sound? Annie Leibovitz is a culture photographer and has been taking powerful images documenting popular culture when she was a photojournalist with the Rolling Stone magazine in the 1970s.
From now till 22 May, Anne will be showcasing her works that are based on her popular 1999 Women Series. Bring your whole family down to and be amazed at portraits that depicts the changes in the roles of women today while star-gazing at this iconic Railway Station!

#2 Take a theatrical journey to the past
The Fullerton Hotel will be hosting a theatrical event called The Fullerton Love Story Tour that will be held on 30 April, 7 May and 14 May. This historically themed event also comes with interactive activities where you can solve riddles that are related to the theatre performance.
There is also a chocolate buffet at The Courtyard that will not only thrill the kids, it also serves as a perfect way for you to end the night!

#3 Have a picnic under the stars featuring Shakespeare

Shakespeare in the park is back this year featuring one of the writer’s well-known works; Romeo and Juliet! #4 Unwind at a beach party

Singapore’s favourite chill-out destination, Sentosa will be hosting a beach party on 1 May that can we all agree, is a perfect way to spend Labour Day? #5 Enjoy some family fun time at Dempsey
Head down to Dempsey this Labour Day and enjoy non stop entertainment, for free! #6 Enter a butterfly kingdom
In case you missed out on our article, Science Centre Singapore has launched Singapore’s first indoor butterfly sanctuary! Bring your kids down and watch them be amazed at the facts and wonders of the butterflies. The butterflies are also really friendly so don’t forget to snap pictures!

#7 Watch a puppet performance based on…fish!
Now till 15 May, The National Library Board will be hosting a puppet show based on Marcus Pfister’s The Rainbow Fish. Be swept(or swim, perhaps?) away by this famous tale of friendship, vanity pride and more that is bound to entertain your kids while teaching them about important values.
