From 1 December 2021 to 28 February 2022, Oriole Coffee + Bar prepares delicious truffle dishes and delightful drinks that is sure to set everyone in a festive mood.
Oriole’s Truffle Menu
The Oriole kitchen introduces three dishes, created specially to offer rich and comforting flavours and textures perfect for the festive season.
The deep aroma and flavour of truffle is woven into these easy-eating dishes through generous use of truffle oil, butter and paste, offering a touch of luxe in addition to the warm and cosy atmosphere of the café.

Truffle Scrambled Egg & Cheese Burger ($16++)
This features a fluffy scrambled egg cooked with a generous splash of truffle oil, paired with smoky and juicy crispy bacon. A buttery brioche bun completes this burger.
The dish is served with irresistible fries and a refreshing salad to balance out the strong flavours of the truffled egg. Diners can upgrade the regular fries to sweet potato fries or truffle fries for an extra $3++.

Ravioli with Porcini Mushrooms in Truffle Cream Sauce ($25++)
A rich pasta dish featuring little al dente pasta parcels stuffed with Porcini mushrooms, this is cooked and served in a sauce made with milk, heavy cream, parmesan cheese, a touch of gorgonzola and plenty of truffle butter for a smooth creamy sauce thoroughly infused with truffle’s signature flavour profile.
The dish is finished with button and shiitake mushrooms sautéed with truffle oil, for that extra touch of truffle-y goodness.

Truffle Mushroom Pizza ($22++)
The Truffle Mushroom Pizza is made with a crispy thin crust pizza dough that is topped with a delicious aioli base mixed with truffle paste as well as mozzarella cheese and chunks of juicy mushrooms sautéed with truffle oil.
Generous handfuls of rocket leaves are scattered across the pizza to balance the rich umami flavours, and the finishing touch before serving is another drizzle with some more truffle oil.
Oriole’s Festive Drinks
Oriole Coffee + Bar has concocted three wonderfully charming drinks with a variety of options perfect for anyone looking to have a relaxing time, or an enjoyable night out at the café & bar.
The festive beverages include a fun alcoholic milkshake, a refreshing cocktail, and a heart-warming cup of flavoured coffee; it’s a complete set of tailored drinks, no matter your inclinations during each visit.

Santa Shake ($10.50++)
Inspired by the idea of mulled wine, Oriole offers a delightfully sweet and cold rendition perfect for the tropics with the Santa Shake.
Made with a base of vanilla ice cream, the Santa Shake is zinged with Merlot and vodka, then topped with an Insta-worthy crown of whipped cream. A sprinkling of ground cinnamon offers a pretty finish in looks and flavour, and another nod to its inspiration.

A Merry Cocktail ($12.50++)
Pretty and pink, this berry cocktail nonetheless offers a fun little oomph to the list of festive drinks. Made with cranberry juice and apple sours, the vodka-based cocktail entices with the flavour of winter fruits, anchored by a housemade bourbon and vanilla syrup.
Simmered with spices such as cinnamon, star anise and lemon peel, the addition of the syrup adds a deep smoky, spicy fragrance with every sip.

D’leche ($12.50++)
The toffee-inspired D’leche takes the sweet and sticky dulce de leche and swirls it into espresso and frothed milk for a drink that is warm, comforting and perfectly perfect for the year-end if you feel rather solemn when reflecting on the past months.
Only dulce de leche, made in-house by simmering condensed milk in the can for hours and hours until it slowly caramelises, is used for a distinct, complex sweetness. The D’leche completes the festive drinks special with what Oriole does best: a signature coffee beverage perfect for meetings and catchup sessions.
