Objectives :
To become aware of feelings towards the upcoming change
To learn how to deal with any anxiety/uncomfortable feelings and develop a positive attitude to change
To learn problem solving skills
To learn friendship skills (say hello, introduction, group entry and positive play skills)
To learn work skills such as listening, concentrating and following instructions
Duration : 3 consecutive days; 3 hours per day

29 Nov to 1 Dec 2011 (2pm to 5pm)
5 Dec to 7 Dec 2011 (9am to 12pm)
Fees : $210 (plus $25 registration fee)
Dealing with Feelings (4 – 5 years old)
Objectives :
To become aware & label own feelings
To understand feelings: angry, happy, frustrated, proud, afraid, sad
To learn how to deal with uncomfortable feelings
To learn to perspective take and show empathy
Duration : 3 consecutive days; 3 hours per day

6 Dec to 8 Dec 2011 (2pm to 5pm)
12 Dec to 14 Dec 2011 (9am to 12pm)

Resolving Conflict (7 – 9 years old)
Objectives :
To understand and respect that we are all different and that people can have different views and feelings
To learn to recognise and manage uncomfortable emotions
To learn and practise problem solving, negotiation and cooperation skills
Duration : 3 consecutive days; 3 hours per day

13 Dec to 15 Dec 2011 (2pm to 5pm)
