My best Labour Partner

Nor liana shares her labour story with theAsianparent

I am a mother of 4 kids.I remember all my delivery and now i’m going to tell you about my 2nd delivery it was KKH women Hospital. This delivery is different than my 1st one maybe because she is a baby girl.

In the morning when I woke up I felt wet I thought my son urined on the bed, so I don’t think about it at all. I continued with my house chores. In the afternoon I felt a sharp pain then I felt watery stuff coming out. I called my mum in law and she says it’s nothing. So I called my hubby and told him that I might be delivering sooner than expected. My hubby quickly rushed home and helped me pack the necessary documents,we board the taxi once we reach there the nurse just looked at me – she didn’t know I was there to give birth until my hubby told her. Actually when i’m pregnant my tummy is small, others thought that i’m fat.She sent me to the emergency department the doctor there examined and confirmed that it was time for me to deliver. She asked me and my hubby to go up the lift with her, I was relax she kept asking me to sit on the wheel chair but I don’t want, I know when I sit the water will come out more. I was scared it will harm the baby too.

When I lay on the bed I was scared but my hubby was the who makes me relax and help me up to push the baby out. At last when my baby is out the doctor quickly checked her. When I’m 5 months pregnant they suspect my baby heart got a small hole, when I heard that I been crying for 1 mth. I was lucky I have a husband who can give me the support I need. At last the next day the doctor talk to me and my hubby that the baby is perfectly fine except that she only got jaundice. It was a relief.
