When you make little issues into big ones

Sometimes you and your wife have small relationship hiccups, or won't see eye to eye on certain things. As long as those things are insignificant or trivial, then it's okay to experience a little speed bump.

However, if you have a tendency to take these small issues to the next level and turn them into BIG issues, you're probably driving your wife crazy!

Take a chill pill husbands! Don't sweat the small stuff, so you and your wife can work on the bigger issues.

When you're constantly on the phone

No one likes talking to someone who's always fiddling with their phone! Your wife is no different.

By constantly checking your phone whenever you're with your wife, you're basically telling her that you aren't interested in what she has to say. That can be incredibly irritating!

Put the phone down and have a conversation like a good husband. You can check that email, text, or post after you've lent your wife your undivided attention.

When you never talk or ask questions

This is another example of how your actions send her the wrong message. In this case, that message is, "I don't care".

If you don't ask your wife about her day, or ask about her thoughts, she'll start to think that you just don't care or aren't interested in what she has to say.

That's not all, husbands. You've also got to show her you want to listen to what she has to say. Lend her a listening ear and communicate with your wifey! Otherwise, you'll just be getting on her last nerve.

When you make little to no effort to include her with your friends

Marriages often have boundaries and the occasional "boys night out" is normal. Heck, your wife may even indulge in "girls night out" from time to time.

The problems begin when you never include your wife in anything that you do with your friends! Your wife should be a part of every facet of your life, and you needn't exclude her from you and your friends. It makes her think that you want to keep her separate from your friend circle, can come off as insulting, and can downright irritate her!

Hang out with your friends and your wife sometimes! It's good for the whole group.

When you rarely laugh around her

We're not saying you should be laughing till it hurts when you're with your wife, though, if you do that's fine.

If you don't laugh with her on a regular basis, or at some inside jokes she may think that your relationship has lost it's spark!

That or she may think that you have no sense of humor. Trust us, women find guys with no sense of humor very irritating.

When you don't care about your appearance

No wife wants their husband looking less than their best.

It'd be pretty irritating if you took your wife somewhere, and she put in little effort into her appearance, right? Wive's expect the same out of you! They want to show you off just as you do them.

Get fixed up, wear nice clothes, and look the best you can for wifey when you must. Just show her that she's worth the effort, husbands!
