Congratulations to Hong Kong actor-singer Jimmy Lin who became a dad a few weeks ago when his model fiancee, Chen Ruoyi was seen giving birth in a Los Angeles hospital.
The pair who have been co-habitating for a long time made any official statement at Jimmy’s 35th birthday bash.
He said, “The birth of Xiao Xiao Zhi (little Jimmy in Chinese) has given me immense pride. I want to stand up and I do not want to keep things a secret. I do not want him to grow up in secrecy and hiding just because his father is Jimmy Lin.”
His girlfriend, aged 25, has a low-profile in the entertainment industry. She rarely appears on variety programmes and has only participated in a Jordan Chan music video and a couple of drama series.
