While the world celebrated the new year, actress and entrepreneur Jessica Alba gives birth to her third child: and first son – with husband Cash Warren to welcome 2018!

The 36-year-old mum first took to Instagram to share the joyful news of her pregnancy back in July 2017.

“Hayes Alba Warren 12/31/17 Best gift to ring in the New Year!! Cash and I feel so blessed,” she wrote alongside an adorable photo of the latest addition to their growing family.

“Haven and Honor are already obsessed with their new baby bro,” wrote the mum, who proudly announced that they are now a family of five.

There’s no doubt his big sisters Haven Garner, six, and Honor Marie, nine, will absolutely dote on their baby brother!

Baby boy Nas Muhammad Niklas was born at Raffles Hospital. 

At Mount Alvernia, baby girl Abbie How was born, after her mum underwent 14 hours of labour.

A baby boy named Liam Koh was born in Thomson Medical Centre, while a still unnamed  baby girl was born at KK Women’s and Children’s hospital.

Over in Hong Kong, an overjoyed couple welcomed their first baby eight seconds after midnight.

The first U.S. baby was born in Guam to Jennica Lynch and Davante Perez just two seconds after midnight struck.

Their bouncing baby boy Logan James Lynch Perez was born at 6-lb and 15-oz.
