A 73-year-old man, Ang Tai Huat, has been hoping to reunite with his three children—said to be currently living in Singapore—even before he suffered from a stroke.
He previously worked as a dishwasher in a food centre in Singapore but was sent to the nursing home after an episode of stroke.
Apart from that, Ang is also currently suffering from severe dementia, though he is said to be medically stable.
Searching for His Children in Singapore Even Before Stroke
In hopes of helping fulfil his wish of reuniting with his two sons and one daughter, kind netizens took to Facebook on 25 June to appeal for information on Ang’s children or any means to get in touch with them.
According to the post, Ang’s children are:
- Ang Jian Seng 洪健成 (Son)
- Ang Jian Meng 洪健明 (Son)
- Ang Yen Ping 洪燕萍 (Daughter)
A photo of Ang was also enclosed in the post.
Though the post did not state how long Ang had been trying to search for his children, the search was said to have been ongoing since at least March 2019, as seen in an older Facebook post.
While it has been only slightly over a year, Ang appeared to be much healthier back then.
According to the post, Ang’s only wish now is to see his children while he is still alive, and as soon as possible.
