’Halloween Prom’ , the super-fun kids' costume party organised by The Psychologie Playhouse is back this year!

The theme for the awesome Halloween Prom 2014 is, "Beat of the Drum".

Activities include:

- Carving Pumpkin Demonstrations;

- Trick-or-Treating;

- Fun & Games;

- Interactive Storytelling;

- Craft Time;

- Dancing in Costumes, and more!

Science Centre – “Not so Creepy” Halloween Fun

Science Centre – “Not so Creepy” Halloween Fun

The Science Centre Singapore has plenty of Halloween fun for the little ones — a whole week’s worth actually*!

Here’s what to expect in their very spooky programme:

1. Little Red’s Sugar Rush! Trail

Follow "Little Red" through the "Enchanted Forest" and learn science facts along the way. Watch out! Beware of the lurking big bad wolf!

When: 28 October-2 November, 10am to 5pm

2. "Trick or Treat?" Activity Stations

Your kids can learn some fun science concepts at these very cool activity stations!

When: 28-31 October (weekdays): 2.30pm-5pm; 1-2 November (weekends): 10am-5pm.

3. Pirate Plunder! Family Workshop

Suitable for kids 7 years old and above, this workshop will allow your child to live out all of his or her pirate dreams.

Kids will get to retrieve missing pieces of a treasure map and battle against the mighty Kraken to earn their rights to the secret Pirate Treasure!

When: 1 November, 10am-12pm

4. Special Halloween Show (Princess Tiara's Journey to Happiness)

Your kids will get to join Princess Tiara in her search for Prince Charming in this light-hearted Science show, especially for Halloween!

Halloween @ Forest Adventure

Are your kids looking for something a bit different to do this Halloween? Then we think a spooky journey through a thick forest… at night… sounds perfect!

Forest Adventure is Singapore’s first and only treetop adventure park located in the Bedok Reservoir area.

This Halloween, they’ve lined up a special spooky treat especially for the kids!

Children can try the Forest Adventure Kids Course at night... but they’ll have to be prepared to meet some funny Halloween creatures playing "trick or treat" up in the woods!

In addition to the usual harness and helmet, participants will be equipped with a head torch so they can clearly see their Halloween friends.

Spaces are limited; only 30 participants for each course (the Kids Course and Grand Course). Pre-booking is a must.

Parents, do keep in mind that the Kids Course minimum height requirement is 1.1m, so it’s best suited for kids aged between 5 and 10.

The Grand Course minimum height requirement is 1.4m and all participants below the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Spooky Jr’s ‘Heroes Unite’ at Port of Lost Wonder, Sentosa

Got some young superheroes at home bursting to show off their power to fight off evil forces? Then rush to Port of Lost Wonder (POLW) for some spook-tastic fun for the whole family!

This Halloween, Sentosa’s Port of Lost Wonder will be invaded by monsters after a science experiment goes terribly wrong. So get dressed up in your best superhero costumes (yes, parents, you too!) and help kick the monsters out of the Port!

Here are some of the things you can expect to enjoy:

- Tricky Maze: Obstacles and monsters block your way to save the Port! You need to be at your agile best to go through the maze!

- Slime Fight: Slime power activate! Take aim and hit monsters with your best shot.

- Monsters Range: Practice makes perfect! Train to be the best monster hunter in the archery target practice.

There are plenty more activities to enjoy, including face painting fun, a monster photo booth and glitter tattoos.

JWT Kids Gym Halloween Carnival

JWT Kids Gym Halloween Carnival

This Halloween, head to JWT Kids Gym with your little ones for the JWT Halloween Carnival on 25 October 2014 (Saturday).

Kids will start the party by getting their faces painted and hair styled by JWT’s very own stylists from Curly N Spike. The little ones can then take part in some insanely crazy games, face their fears with relays and also groove to the zombie-dance!

Kids will also be served light refreshments, and will end the night with a G-rated spooky movie.

To give everyone a chance at experiencing this once a year event, there will be two different timings catered to two age-groups.

1. Spooky Tots – 18 months to 3 years

Time: 1.30-3.30pm

Cost: $50 (member); $55 (public) & $5 (adult).

2. Creepy Kids – 3.5 years to 9 years

Time: 5-7pm

Cost: $70 (member); $75 (public).

Please note that this is a drop-off session and there is compulsory dress-up for all.
