The actor recently filmed scenes for upcoming superhero movie Gods And Secrets. Director Adi Shankar says he will cut Salling from the film if the allegations prove true.
How can parents learn from this?
It is vital to note that any indecent photos – particularly selfies – found in electronic devices online or offine, can still be considered child pornography. To ensure utmost security for your child, check their online activities regularly and monitor their behaviour online and on their phones.
Do not rely on the security of your Internet classifications and give children the liberty to communicate freely online with no monitoring as Internet crimes could begin from your child’s own impulse or forced decision to upload a “harmless” photo.
