Experiencing traumatic incidents like fires and earthquakes can be very traumatizing for young kids and the elderly. This mum writes in seeking advice from all of you.

A mum reader just wrote in to tell us that a fire has broken out in her neighbours apartment at Block 27 Marine Crescent, Singapore. The fire broke out late this morning at quarter to ten. The building has since been evacuated and her family members, including grandparents are shaken up and crying. She’s not sure what to tell them to console them. Please share your advice with us below.
