5 cool ways to celebrate your wedding anniversary

Candlelight dinners and anniversary lunches are passé. With so many things to do in this digital age, it's time for married couples to change the way they celebrate their marriage anniversary. Here are few different and unusual ways to celebrate your special day in style.

Get a photo shoot done

Get a photo shoot done

Go for a special anniversary photo-shoot to make your day memorable. Just select a place you love and hire a photographer and you are all set. You can also go for a pre-anniversary photo-shoot. Take your kids as well; they would love the whole set up.

Take a hike

Take a hike

Going for an adventure is always fun. You will enjoy exploring new routes and places together. Kids also love to go for outdoor activities with their parents. Plan for a mini trek or a camp. Just pack your stuff and zero in on the places you want to visit.

Get Inked

What better way to celebrate your anniversary than to get a tattoo made. Choose a tattoo that you like and perhaps you can convince your spouse also to get one. Better still, both of you can get the same tattoo.

Charity

Start your day with charity. Take your kids along with you so that they also participate in the activities. Choose an orphanage or old age home and spend time with people over there. You both will get to know more about relationships from others. Your kids would also love this environment.

Start celebrating a month prior

Start celebrating a month prior

Start your celebration a month prior by doing small things for each other. You can start with giving a rose or a card or might plan a weekend date. Enjoy these small moments, which will enhance your relationship. It is not necessary to gift something expensive. Small special moments are priceless!

Plan on your Savings

Plan on your Savings

The best would be to start planning for your kids’ future and start saving for them. Opt for a savings plan for your child and invest your money in that.
