Contest & Giveaway: Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

All contests and giveaways are open to Singapore residents only. You must have a Singapore IC, PR status or be the holder of an employment pass or dependent pass AND be residing in Singapore to qualify.

2. Prize Substitution

Prizes are not exchangeable for cash money. Prizes are not transferable to another person. However, Tickled Media or the sponsoring company may substitute the prize for any other prize of equal or greater value, in its reasonable discretion, in the event the prize is not available for any reason outside of sponsor’s reasonable control.

3. Winner Selection

There will be only one (1) winner, unless stated otherwise for each prize which will be determined at the sole discretion by Tickled Media Pte Ltd via a random lucky draw OR through the best answer (as selected by the sponsor). Winners who do not respond to our emails within 48 hours will be forfeited and new winners will be chosen.

4. Publicity

Winner’s name, pictures and prizes may be used for publicity reasons by Tickled Media. Winner’s information may be used for marketing, planning, promotions, research, events and/or any other purposes and programs henceforth. Acceptance of the prize is considered as consent to this usage.

All entry content shall become the property of Tickled Media with Contestants agreeing to allow Tickled Media to use and/or amend the entry contents in any manner it deems fit, including publishing the answers of the winners on Tickled Media’s websites, press and/or any other media. Tickled Media fully reserves the rights to such publications.

5. Disclaimer

Tickled Media is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, delayed, or undelivered entries, including without limitation entries not timely received due to telephone failures, Internet failures and disruptions, and ISP problems. Incomplete information may result in disqualification of entry. Giveaways and contests held by theAsianparent are in no way affiliated and endorsed by Facebook
