The brand, which hails from the US, first launched here in 2009 to long queues. It was popular for its customisable ice cream bowls, with staff preparing the dessert by “folding” the ice cream on a frozen granite stone. Over the years, it has introduced several ice cream flavours inspired by local hawker dishes and desserts, including Nasi Lemak, Chendolicious, Thai Milk Tea, and Milo Dinosaur.
