Want your own little future Oscar winner? One of these names as part of a list of celebrity baby names 2020 might set your child on the path to stardom.
Of course, the big thing we all want for our kids in life to be happy and healthy. That goes without saying. But I mean, there’s nothing wrong with hoping for fame and fortune too, right?
Well, if you’re desperate to flex your inner stage mum, there are, apparently some names that are more likely to get your kid famous than others.
Inspired By Celebrity Baby Names 2020
UK website Whataretheodds have crunched the numbers, creating the ultimate list of names most common among male and female showbiz stars.
Superheroes and superstars
Bear in mind this list was compiled in the UK and as such includes names of a number of people who made their fame on trashy British reality shows, but when you look down the names, it’s pretty accurate.
Top of the list for boys was ‘Chris’ and when you think of the number of famous – not to mention handsome, muscly, often-cast as superheroes – people called ‘Chris’, that’s not surprising.
Whether you’re more Pratt, Pine, Evans or – my personal favourite – Hemsworth, there’s no doubt Chris is a strong pick if you want your little fella headed for future fame.
When it came to the girls, ‘Jess’ came out on top. And between Jessica Alba, Chastain, Lange and Jessie J, it’s certainly a name with plenty of star power. Also making the top ten were royal favourite Charlotte and eternally popular names like Olivia and Amy.
