Get covered – The “Kiasu” way!

It is actually possible for you to insure your precious little one before it is even born. Yes, insure the fetus in your womb. Mothers-to-be can get financial and health protection coverage from as early as when they are 18 weeks pregnant. Find out more…

Learn more about child insurance

I have been in the Financial Planning career since year 2002. Over the years, I have delivered more than 50 Medical claims and many Maturity claims. It is a privilege to be able to lessen my clients’ financial burden in difficult times – especially after they have suffered from illnesses or lost their loved ones. Many times, it is also my pleasure to share their joy when they receive the Maturity payout.

While it is fortunate to have that financial help from your insurance policy when you need it, you have to realise that it is not something that is readily available to everyone. In the course of my work, I have encountered many challenges in getting insurance coverage for children who may have medical conditions – both congenital and non-congenital.

It is now possible for that challenge to be minimised with the launch of AXA Mum’s Advantage! It is a plan that is designed to offer reassuring health and financial protection for the expectant mothers (from as early as 18 weeks into pregnancy) as well as for the foetus while it is still in the womb. Buying a life insurance policy is a long-term commitment.  An early termination of the policy usually involves high costs and the surrender value may be less than total premiums paid. Buying health insurance products that are not suitable for you may impact your ability to finance your future healthcare needs. A product summary is available and may be obtained from AXA Life Insurance Singapore Pte Ltd and the participating distributors’ offices. You should read the product summary before deciding whether to purchase the policy.
