Known for their diverse family, Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt are “officially” adopting again. The family of eight will soon welcome a ninth member, a son from war-torn Syria.

The power couple already are parents to three biological kids and three adopted ones — Maddox, 13; Pax, 11; Zahara, 9; Shiloh, 8; and twins Vivienne and Knox, 7.

Being the United Nations Ambassador, Angelina visited the camp in Turkey as part of her responsibility and met two-year-old Moussa there. According to sources, a translator explained little Moussa’s background story to her which touched the actress’ heart. The little boy then gave Angelina a hug when he saw her looking upset.

After extensive checks into Moussa’s background, it was confirmed that he was indeed, an orphan. Angelina immediately requested for the adoption papers to be arranged so she could take him home as soon as possible.

This exciting news comes more than eight months after it was first reported that Angelina had fallen in love with a two-year-old Syrian orphan named Moussa. We can only admire Angie for embracing such a beautiful child into her home and helping him lead a better life.

“The red tape has been almost impossible at times,” a source reports. “It could take at least another four to five months before the child is brought to the United States.”

We wish the new family, including little Moussa, a happy and fruitful life ahead!
