7 Feb, 2013

How can you tell if your spouse is cheating on you? Check out this article for 5 tips which might just help you detect if your spouse is guilty of infidelity!

1. Unusual behaviour

1. Unusual behaviour

If your spouse starts to display unusual behaviour, it may be call for alarm. Common behaviour that you should keep an eye out for; your spouse returns home later than usual, spends an unusually excessive amount of time on the phone and computer or spends money which he or she is unable to account for.
2. Spending excessive amounts of time outside

2. Spending excessive amounts of time outside

If your spouse is spending excessive amounts of time with someone, warning bells should be going off in your head. Even if your spouse insists that the person their seeing is just a friend, you should remember that there is a possibility that the more time your spouse spends with that person, the more likely your spouse will develop feelings for him or her.
3. Privacy issues

3. Privacy issues

If your spouse seems to be taking their privacy more seriously than usual, it’s possible that it’s due to the fact that they may be hiding something. If your spouse conceals things that the two of you usually share openly with each other such as bank statements, receipts or computer security, suspicion is warranted.
4. Lack of intimacy

4. Lack of intimacy

If your spouse seems disinterested or is constantly too tired for sex, there is a very real possibility that your spouse may be fulfilling their sexual desires elsewhere. Try approaching the matter in a non-accusatory manner, if they appear to get defensive about the matter, the chances he or she is keeping something from you are higher.
5. Trust your instinct

5. Trust your instinct

If you are desperately trying to convince yourself that your spouse has not strayed, take this as a sign that something could be wrong. Trust your instincts, if they tell you something is amiss. Remember that cheating spouses can often be great liars. Furthermore, your spouses’ friends might be covering up for their infidelity so bear that in mind. Investigate for yourself, then confront your spouse calmly with the evidence that you have found, if any.
